Zanzibar City College recently introduced our recruitment division, which provides your organisation with Recruitment Services at no cost to you.

With our strong background in training and development of the youth of Zanzibar, you can be assured that you will be getting a well-rounded candidate prepared with the necessary skills and qualifications to best suit your organisational needs.

Our recruitment department acts as the intermediary between the employer who is hiring and all ZCC Graduates who are looking for employment opportunities. Our core focus as ZCC Recruitment Department is to deliver a hiring & staffing solution by simplifying the recruitment process and increasing the efficiency of hiring companies.

When recruiting for the position we provide application screening, sourcing, and candidate identification, which includes:

  • Screening
  • Interviews
  • Background Checks (optional)
  • Job Offer (optional)
  • Hiring and on-boarding (optional)

Option 1: Full service – free of charge

With this option, Zanzibar City College’s recruitment department will conduct the necessary interviews to provide your company with the top three candidates best suited to the position.

Our recruitment plan is tailored to the company given deadline and expectations. Suitable Candidate will be in line with the age, gender, area, disability ect. set out by the company needs.

Option 2: Partial Service – free of charge

With this service, we will select candidates based on the provided company requirements, and only submit their CVs relevant to the position (no other service will be provided with this option).
